In two weeks I will start my final exams for this year. In Poland, we have two semesters, and at the end of each, we have exams. It's a time of stress, a lot of stress, sleepless nights, and stress-eating.
Every year in February and then in June, my anxiety is getting bigger and bigger, my panic attacks are coming back.
A few nights ago I was laying in my bed, trying to calm myself down, to go to sleep, but all of these thoughts were coming to my mind. I'm that person who is always thinking about the worst scenarios.
Possibly everything will be okay, but I'm overstressing.
My boyfriend is telling me every day that it will okay, and as always I will have great marks, but anxiety is giving me a kick.
